Originally from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Heidi made the move to Kissimmee, Florida in 1998. This change marked the beginning of her journey in the medical field in Florida.

Heidi brings valuable experience from her tenure at the Center for Family Medicine, where she worked with Dr. Humberto Cruz from 1998 to 2015. As a Medical Assistant focusing on referrals, she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of patient care.
